Recipe Makeover
A variety of recipe makeovers are available:
Makeover for Health: Suggestions to improve the overall healthfulness of a recipe are provided based on a recipe analysis. (typical considerations: lower fat, salt, and increase fiber)
Cooking for Me and You: This makeover reduces the number of servings the recipe makes to serve only one or two people. Most recipes are written to serve anywhere from four to eight people. This makeover is a great tool for built-in portion control.
Combinations: Combinations of these makeovers are easy to do. Choose what suits your needs. |
